Daily Prayer For March 19, 2017

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Our Father God,
For some who are praying, it seems no matter what they do, or how much they pray, the clouds don’t seem to part… there is no sunshine, there is no joy… they just feel like they need a break from the heartaches and struggles…they just want to slip away from the world and find a quiet place where they can’t receive any more bad news…they long to find a place where they won’t be disappointed by people, dashed hopes, unfilled needs and seemingly unanswered prayers…they long for a place of solitude and comfort where the things that keep pressing down upon them will be lifted…
Father, everyone gets to this place at some point…sometimes, it’s because we’re sleep deprived…for others, health-issues affect them mentally and emotionally and leave them drained on many levels…some are attacked from so many sides at once and they have had no support… some have just stood alone and unaided for so long, they are just battle-weary…they have faith in you Lord, but they can’t seem to connect the pieces to find your peace and joy…
Lord, you know where each of us are at right now…you see the struggles and each need… you know each remedy that is needed and how to meet each need…we are asking for you to part the dark clouds that hover overhead and hide your light…we ask for rest for the weary and healing for the broken bodies and hearts. We ask to be infused with your hope. Lord, send your angels to stand guard while we receive much-needed rest. Send people to stand in the gap and show the love of Jesus to those who have battled alone for far too long. We pray for a breakthrough for each one praying. We ask to see your hand move in our heart’s, mind’s and circumstances. Please give us a glimpse of your glory. Please carry us and hide us under your wing. Thank you for believing in us, even when we can’t believe in ourselves. We know your love will see us through and we are grateful. In the name of our Savior, Christ Jesus. we pray, Amen.
