Daily Prayer For March 5, 2017

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Our Father,
You designed us to work and function best, doing things, “One day at a time.” We cannot eat enough food in one sitting to last us a whole week…we cannot sleep enough today, to last us all week…we can’t expect to get through tough times with just a once in a while glance at your Word or a hurried prayer now and then…there is no “quick fix” to healing or spiritual maturity… we need daily doses of your light to make the darkness brighter…we need to daily nourish our heart’s, mind’s and spirit’s.
Father, we ask for your courage and strength to face life’s obstacles, hurts and losses. We pray that we will have the discipline to be consistent with our alone time with you… We ask for increased faith …Help us to remember all the things that you have faithfully delivered us from in the past… help us to drown out the enemies lies that whisper to us that what we are dealing with now is too hard to overcome…our trials, struggles and pain may change, but you do not…your promises remain the same no matter what we face.
Please open the doors to your storehouses to meet each financial need… Please, touch each person in need of physical, emotional or mental healing. Restore relationships and bring deliverance where needed…restore the faith of those who are questioning and doubting…bind the enemy and extinguish the fiery darts. Help us remember that we are more than conquerors and the gates of h*** cannot prevail against you…We look to you, Father …you are the source of our strength, our peace, our comfort and our hope and we humble ourselves before you… we worship you and surrender our will, our wants and desires and our ideas of how we think things should play out…we want what you think is best for us, Father…some are struggling with their faith and they feel so very weak at this moment, but you tell us we only need faith the size of a mustard seed to do incredible things…it’s not our power, but yours…it’s not our strength, but yours…we just have to call out “Abba Father” and you are moving heaven and earth on our behalf. Please bless my brothers and sisters, Lord. May they feel your nearness…May they hear your still small voice and may their heart’s be at peace and their mind’s at rest. We love you, Lord and we thank you in advance for all you are going to do. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen
