Daily Prayer For March 20, 2017

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Our Father,
We thank you for the beauty of this world. We see your hand in the order of things…nothing is random or haphazard. You have a purpose and plan for everything… every season is necessary and serves a purpose. We need the times of rain… the times where things are dormant and rest… the times where leaves die off, so new life can come again…from the harshness of winter, we learn to appreciate the beauty of spring…
Your word says there is a season, and a time for everything. There is a time to live and a time to die. A time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. No one likes the seasons of loss and pain. When we are in those dark, barren seasons, it seems as if we will never feel the sun… or Son… in our lives again… it seems as if we will never know love, laughter or joy again… but life goes on, even after great loss. You help us to rise from the ashes and you restore our souls….beauty rises…hope remains…
Lord, we ask for everyone who is in a hard season..,.may they find healing for their grief, hurts, pain and losses. We pray for those who have been in a season of financial difficulty…may they find you in new ways in the waiting and we pray that you will open your store houses and meet each need. May they learn to trust you and lose their fear…may they remember that even as you take care of the lilies of the field and the birds of the air, you will take care of us… For all who have been ill, please bring healing, comfort and relief. Father, for all who have been spiritually dry, may they find streams of your living water to refresh their spirits and bring them into a new period of spiritual awakening.
Change can be very hard… help us not to be afraid or resistant to the things you have for us. Help us remember that no matter the season, you are ever present…ever faithful…ever walking with us…always nurturing, pruning, watering and feeding us and maturing us so we can grow and produce good fruit in our lives. We thank you, Lord for your goodness and how you always make a way for us. We look forward to all you will do in this new season. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen
