Daily Prayer For March 21, 2017

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

There are many praying with us who are struggling with important dates that are coming up that remind them of their losses…many who are feeling a sense of doom as their relationship is on the brink of collapse. Many who are feeling panic well up within them as their money is running out and their options are drying up. Many are fighting health battles…

Lord, may each person in a difficult place be reminded that your eye is upon them…our adversary tries to bring us to the place where we want to give up…he wants us to lose sight of your truth and power…but you are greater than anything we face… you are mighty and full of awesome power…we may think we can’t take one more day or one more thing, but your grace will always be enough to see us through one day at a time…there will never be a situation that we cannot handle with your help.

Lord, many have written of how depressed they are…of how they don’t want to wake up…how they have nothing to live for…Oh, Lord, please show each one who is in that place how to live… show them how to pick up their mats and walk with your grace, power and strength… give them the courage and faith they need to live in this life without their loved ones physically in it… empower them to hold on through the physical pain and ailments, financial struggles and the times where they feel lost and alone…may they see reminders of your faithfulness and the hope you offer today…it’s hard to feel your peace when we are in the pit of despair, but you are there with us and you will pull us out and put our feet on solid ground…give them the will and motivation to reach out and try one more time…give them a new vision…a new way of doing things… help them to remember it’s not by their might or power, but by yours…you equip us for our battles, but we must reach out to you and stay plugged into you and the resources you give us…we must keep our eyes on you and let you lead the way instead of our emotions or our circumstances…you have given us the same power that raised Christ from the dead …that power makes us more than a conqueror and more than able to face anything that life challenges us with.

Please pour out your blessings on my friends, Lord…speak to their hearts…give them a new sense of purpose and belonging…open the doors that will lead them closer to you and shut any that lead to things that are not helpful or harmful. Thank you in advance for the work you will do. In the name of Jesus we ask these things. Amen.
