Daily Prayer For March 21, 2023
Mon Mar 27, 2023 8:26 pm
Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you for your faithfulness. You tell us to trust in you and not be troubled or afraid. Father, you know all who have written of their worry, concerns, and fears for themselves and their loved ones. Please counsel and teach us how to bring our loved ones to you and trust their needs, the outcomes of their situations, and your timing. You want us to intercede for others in prayer…to help where we can…but you don’t want us to be worried, anxious, or burdened. This is so much easier said than done. Please help us get better at turning our worries into prayers and leaving things with you. We know the time we spend worrying is wasted time. It does nothing to help, changes nothing, and robs us of your peace.
Abba, please help everyone who has difficulty letting things go and speak truth and instruction into their lives. Please help us all be victorious in taking our thoughts captive. Help us be more spiritually mature, and overcome in your strength and might. We know you equip us for what you call us to…if you tell us to not be anxious, worried, or afraid, you will help us follow your counsel and commands. You tell us we can do all things through Christ, so please help everyone who struggles in this area to do through Jesus what they can’t do in their own abilities.
Please help everyone who has a hard time shutting their mind and thoughts off at night and all whose minds automatically go to worst-case scenarios. We ask you to help everyone whose thoughts get stuck ruminating on things. Please help us change anything we need to change that keeps us from living a healthy life mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
We bow before you now and ask you to heal, change, and mold us to be more like Jesus. Please keep us and those we love close to you, Abba. We are so grateful for your sustaining grace and your listening ear. We thank you in advance for all you will do for us and those we love. We are thankful for our Savior, Jesus, in whose name we pray. Amen.
God bless you abundantly, friends!
