Daily Prayer For March 1, 2023
Tue Mar 07, 2023 3:33 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you for this new day and your goodness, grace, and mercy. Father, we don’t always understand your ways or why you allow all you do, but we trust you. We know by faith your heart towards us is good. We need only think of Jesus and all he endured on our behalf to know you allow things you hate to accomplish what you love.
Please help us, Abba, to trust your heart when we can’t trace your hand. We know you see what we can’t see. From our perspective, what looks like nothing more than a mess of unfixable knots and tangles seems so different to you. We are grateful when we cross the threshold of eternity, we will see the right side of the tapestry you have been creating from the good and bad events in our lives. We will be so thankful when we can see from your perspective…when what is veiled now will be revealed…when we fully comprehend what is more than our minds can understand in this life.
When we are filled with unanswerable questions, help us remember that our human view of our circumstances is like looking at the backside of a tapestry. There is beauty waiting to be discovered on the other side…beauty that our minds can’t begin to conceive or imagine. You, Master Weaver, are weaving together events throughout time and eternity…working behind the scenes to bring beauty from ashes…to work all things together for good for those who love you…to redeem what the enemy has meant for harm…working to fulfill every promise and prophecy. You waste nothing in our lives, and we are so grateful for that, Abba. Please help us focus less on the tangled threads and messes of our lives and more on the hands of The One who holds us. Help us live in expectation of seeing beauty rise from all of our struggles and all that is wrong and broken in this life. We bow before you with humble hearts and thank you for all you do, all you are, and all that is to come. In the name of our beloved Savior and Messiah, Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Blessings be upon you, friends!
