Daily Prayer For March 10, 2023

Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
You tell us to clothe ourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, and gentleness…to be patient with one another, pray for one another, and forgive one another as you have forgiven us. This is easier said than done, especially with all that is happening in the world. We might not always verbalize what we think or feel, but you see our thoughts and know our hearts. You know about our frustrations, anger, and sadness over the many things we see happening and all that is impacting our lives, families, communities, and countries. You know how our hearts hurt when we see people in need, mistreated, and caught up in terrible situations. You know how difficult it is for us to see those who do wrong not be held to account while the innocent suffer.
Please help us be more like Jesus. We want to think and act like Him, but we often fail and fall short of that. Help us be so in tune with Holy Spirit that our first response to any situation is to pray…to ask what would Jesus do…to love with your love, and show the same grace, mercy, and forgiveness to others you offer us. Please help us remember who our true enemy is and that our struggles are not against flesh and blood but against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realm.
Father, you see all who are hurting and in dire straights and ill health. You know all who are sad and all who are nervous about what the future holds. You see every need, spoken and unspoken. You tell us to ask, seek, and knock and to come with confidence before you so we can receive mercy and grace in our time of need. We are doing that now. Please open your storehouses and unleash your healing power on all who need your touch. Please make roadways in the wilderness and open doors that no man can shut. Please call down your angel armies for those who need your help in the spiritual battles they are fighting.
You are great and mighty, and there is none like you, our God and King. We look to you this day for every need and troubling circumstance and ask for your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. Please forgive us our sins, help us forgive those who sin against us, and deliver us from evil. We thank you in advance for all you will do. In the name of our Messiah and Savior, Jesus, we ask these things. Amen.
