Daily Prayer For January 19, 2023
Thu Feb 02, 2023 10:58 am
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
We thank you and praise you for another day of life. Thank you for your life-giving Word and for Holy Spirit and the comfort and guidance He gives us. Thank you for giving us a family of believers to stand with us in life, prayer, and spiritual battles. Thank you for everything you’ve equipped and blessed us with.
Thank you for this great army of prayer warriors and intercessors you have brought here…brothers and sisters in Christ who stand in the gap for friends and family, our countries, our leaders, our world, the lost, and for each other. We take comfort in knowing angel armies surround us, and a heavenly host is cheering us on…but most of all, we are eternally grateful that Jesus, our Messiah, and Risen Savior, is interceding for us. What an incredible thought…Jesus is speaking our name at this moment, advocating and interceding on our behalf. Thank you, Abba…thank you for your goodness, grace, and mercy and for all you do to protect us, care for us, and show how much you love us.
We commit this day to your hands. We thank you in advance for the strength, energy, and stamina you will supply to see us through this day and help us keep pressing on. We lay before you the needs of our families and friends…all of the natural disasters and their aftermath that so many are dealing with…and every international and national crisis that is happening. Please empty us of ourselves and our burdens and cares, and fill us with more of you. Please create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us. We ask for your divine intervention and your will to be done in our lives and on earth as it is in heaven…You see every angle and perspective and know every detail and what is needed far better than we do. We also pray for all who are feeling anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed and all who don’t know you…may every hurting heart and every person we know who needs your help find you to be the same source of hope, comfort, and strength we have found you to be. We humbly bow before you and ask these things in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
May you feel His comfort, peace, and presence today, friends!
