Daily Prayer For January 26, 2023
Thu Feb 02, 2023 11:17 am
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
Your Word tells us to trust in you, and we will be blessed. You promise you will keep in perfect peace anyone who trusts in you. We’re told we don’t need to fear bad news when we trust you. You know our hearts, Father… we fall so short of who we want to be and how we want to act. We want trust and faith to be our default responses. Please help us do better in this area so we will please you, be blessed, and have your peace.
We’re told that faith believes in what we can’t yet see. It means trusting in advance what will only make sense in reverse. Please help us have faith and trust like a child. Help us have faith like Abraham, who was willing to sacrifice his beloved son Isaac because He trusted you. He didn’t know your plan but knew what you had promised.
We know we are being stretched in ways we’ve never been. Thank you for knowing our hearts, our weaknesses, and how much we can endure with your help. We are grateful we will come through all of these hard times stronger, more resilient, and more like Jesus. We cling to your promises today that you will give us all we need when we need it.
We commit ourselves and our day into your hands, Father. We seek your will and not our own. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and help to keep persevering so we can finish our race well. We are so grateful for our Lord and Savior, Jesus, who makes all things possible. Amen.
Praying and believing good things for you, friends!
