Daily Prayer For June 18, 2019
Wed Jun 19, 2019 10:17 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Lord,
Thank you for this new day. We are grateful that no matter where we go, your presence is with us and your hand is guiding us. We are grateful that you promise to give us your peace at all times. Help us to keep our eyes fixed on you and to meditate on your Word that we might embrace the peace that you offer us this day.
Lord, please transform our thinking and renew our minds. Help us to have the mind of Christ and to live with an eternal perspective as we go about our day. Help us to remember that our citizenship is in heaven and we are only passing through. Help us to make the most of the opportunities that you put before us and to trust in your plan and timetable for fulfilling your promises and the work that you’ve begun in us.
So many are dealing with such hard issues that there are no easy answers to or quick fixes for…You are the God Who Sees…You are the God of All Comfort and Compassion…Please hold each one so they find rest in You…please help people to find relief…bring people to stand with them and to help shoulder their burdens…provide the needed resources that seem elusive…make a way where there seems to be no way…open doors that they don’t even know exist…You are our way-maker, our burden-bearer, our chain-breaker and so many need you to intervene with miracles…we ask in faith believing that all things are possible with you and we can do all things through you. Please move among us as we do all that we can do and trust you for the rest.
You know every need, spoken and unspoken. You know the silent cries of weary hearts. We bow before you and we trust and believe and thank you in advance for the provision that is on the way…for the answers to prayers that are on their way and for the sustaining grace that you offer in abundance. May your plans and purposes be accomplished in our lives today. We surrender our will to you and ask that your will be done in us and through us. In Jesus’ name, we ask these things. Amen
Blessings be upon you friends!
