Daily Prayer For September 29, 2016

Hello,Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Our Father,
There is nothing that could measure the height or depth of your love for us… help us to remember that you will never let go of our hands… you never walk away or turn your back…if we drift away, it is because we pull away from you and let go of your hand.
Lord, please help us to let go of our questions… help us to let go of any thoughts that aren’t helpful…any thoughts that hinder our growth or healing…Lord, we ask that your truth would drown out the lies from the enemy…please help us to overcome bad habits like always thinking “the worst case scenario” or always seeing the bad before the good… help us to let go of the “what if’s” of the future… too often we worry about what hasn’t happened yet…we build things up in our minds of what could happen…help us to focus on only “what is” at this moment…You tell us not to be afraid, because you go before us and you will never leave us or forsake us. We are told in your word that the righteous cry and you hear them and you rescue them from their troubles. You tell us that you are near to those who are discouraged; that you save those who have lost all hope. Lord, may your truth penetrate the dark, barren, broken places and take root in our spirit. May your words crowd out the weeds that choke our hearts with pain…may hope take root in our hearts and lives and be nourished with your Living Water.
Lord, please be with us in our comings and our goings this day. We ask you to make the rough roads smooth…we pray you would till the ground in our hearts and break up the rocky places where your fruit is struggling to grow in us…we pray for eyes to see and ears to hear your truth…we pray for your wisdom, knowledge and discernment…we ask for boldness to go through the doors you open and strength to stay away from the ones you close. We pray for healing mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Please fill us… teach us… and mold us into Christ’s image that we might please you and bring you glory and honor. Thank you for our blessings, Lord. We are grateful and we praise you. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
May you feel God’s peace and presence today!
