Daily Prayer For August 29, 2016

Hi, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

Today we want to lift up children to you….we pray for all the pregnancies that are in trouble. We ask that you would lay your healing hand upon these children and their mother’s and ask that you would meet each need so these babies can be born healthy…

We pray for the children who are sick, chronically ill or clinging to life. Please put your healing hand upon them and rain down your peace and your comfort on both children and their parents. We ask that you would remove all fear, discomfort and pain. Lord, we ask in Jesus’ name for strength and endurance for the parents and we pray that you would bring people to stand with them in their time of need..may they feel your presence like never before. We pray for wisdom for doctors and the best care possible…

Lord, for all the children with special needs, we ask for protection from bullies and the medical and school systems, that are so full of flaws. We ask for help to get medical services and educational services that are needed. We ask for comfort in their pain and we pray for strength, energy and all the help that is needed by their parents. We pray for protection and a covering over these families and marriages…may they find time to take care of themselves, their marriages and their other children… please make a way where there seems to be no way, Lord.

For all the children who feel alone…for the ones who are abused, bullied, mistreated, hungry & neglected… we ask for intervention and protection for them. For all of those who are aging out of foster care and are suddenly on their own with no support or family, we ask that you send people to stand beside them, encourage them and give them a helping hand.

For the children of divorce and for the ones who have lost parents…for all who are dealing with grief and sadness and those who self-harm and see no hope…we ask for your help, intervention and healing. For those who are caught up in harmful addictions or lifestyles, please remove bad influences and obstacles and heal them and deliver them…please watch over all the children who are starting back to school…please protect and guard them physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually…

Lord, it doesn’t matter how old our children are, they are always our babies… we ask for your protection over our children. We ask for your angels to watch over our kids and to be with them…please, protect them physically and guard their hearts against the ways of the world. We ask for there to be unity in families during hard times. For the families who are estranged, we ask for healing.

For our children who are in heaven with you Lord, we thank you that one day we will be reunited with them and we praise you that they are safe in your loving arms. Lord, we trust every need spoken and unspoken into your hands and we are grateful that you love our children even more than we do. In Jesus’ name we ask all these things. Amen
