Daily Prayer For April 24, 2022

Hello Friends! Here is today’s prayer…
Our Father,
We are so grateful you are the God of redemption. We think of Moses, David, Rahab, Judah, and Paul, and we see how you forgive, cleanse, change and renew. We’re told all that is written in your Word is to encourage us and give us hope. Through so many examples, you have shown us in Your Word that no one is ever too lost to find you. No one’s past is so dark you can’t redeem them and use them. You see in us what no one else can. You see the good, the potential, the hope, and what is possible through you. You are the God who loves those that society would shun. You are the God of second chances, redemption, restoration, mercy, and grace.
Thank you, Father, for taking our sins, weaknesses, faults, and failings and washing us clean in the blood of Jesus. Thank you for clothing us with your righteousness. Thank you for taking our brokenness and pain and transforming it into something that has purpose. We may not see at this moment how beauty can rise from what seems broken and beyond repair, but what you did before, you still do. We are grateful that as long as we have breath, our stories aren’t over, and the possibilities for miracles exist.
Thank you for the unseen things you are doing in our lives and in the lives of those we love. May stories of redemption prompt us to faithfully lift others in prayer and not give up on them. Please help us remember that things aren’t over until you say they are over and you are the same miracle-working God of redemption, hope, and restoration you have always been. We praise you and thank you for all you are and all you do. With gratitude, we pray today, in the name of Jesus our Lord, Savior, Messiah, and Risen King. Amen.
May you be filled with His hope, friends!
