Daily Prayer For August 21, 2015

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Our Dear Heavenly Father,

You are our Jehovah Jireh…our Great Provider. You tell us to come and humble ourselves before you and to leave our burdens and cares with you…to trust you to provide our daily bread. We are thankful that you know what is best for each of us and you give us only your best…you do not give your children leftovers or crumbs… you provided a ram for Abraham and manna for your children… you turned a few fishes and loaves into more than enough to feed thousands… you provided a Savior to save us… we trust and believe that you know each of our needs and you will make a way where there seems to be no way… but you tell us to ask, seek and knock and so today we ask you as our Jehovah Jireh…
Please provide for those who are in need of financial help…Please provide for those who need jobs…Please provide for those who need healing… whether it’s for themselves, or for their loved ones…Please provide hope for those who feel desolate and numb…Please provide guidance and direction for those who feel lost and confused…Please provide peace and restoration for those whose lives are shattered…Please help the many who need to learn to forgive themselves and others…Please provide freedom for the abused, the oppressed, the persecuted…Please restore what the enemy has stolen from so many… Please draw those who don’t know you, unto yourself…Please bring the prodigals home and help those who need deliverance from addictions and sin… Please provide for every unspoken need…
Lord, by ourselves we are nothing, but because of Jesus we are heirs to the Kingdom…we are not paupers, but sons and daughters of the most High God…we thank you for the gifts you give us that the world can’t give or take away…thank you for seeing our needs before we even ask…May we all walk in the assurance that you have heard our cries and you will provide… according to your will… and in your timing…may we have the calm assurance that even though your ways are not our ways, they are always best and you are never late, or early but always on time. May we rest and trust in your wisdom that sees the things that we can’t yet see. May we have the faith of a child when it comes to trusting you as our Abba Father and Jehovah Jireh. We love you Lord. We know that everything we have comes from your hand and we are grateful. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen
