{Solved} Can't Load My Sims 4. :(

Ohhh My  Word!  I still can't log onto my Sims 4 Game.  Contacted Origin Help. They had me uninstalling Origin cause they said there was corrupted files.  I contacted them 4 time.  Last time, the creep had me download something called, "Visual Studio 6" after giving me other links to try to load it.  Well, when it loaded, I got something call "Otshot".   That mess kept popping up and I couldn't get rid of it.  Finally did a search on how to get rid of it, and I was finally able to dump it from my comp.

I'm still getting that crazy message, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).  Each time I ask Origin for help, they each have said, "This will get rid of your problem for sure and you will be back to playing your game - no problems!"  Yeah, right!  I own a $1M yacht in San Francisco you can have - if you believe that one.

The last guy told me to download the CC-Cleaner and many customers have reported this worked.  They Lied!       Did Not Work!    I've run my SM and MAM and it's still not working.  My only thoughts is too Uninstall my Sims 4 and start over, but not sure if this will get rid of my creations and lots and games I've played.  Any suggestions before I do this is most appreciated... This have made me hungry so gonnas stuff my face for 'Comfort' for now.  

Darn if I'm not still having problems.  I don't know what to do now.

I just posted a note in the FAQ on Origin.  I didn't go into the Chat area.  They keep telling me different things to do, and guarantee it will work and it doesn't.  I keep following what they are talking about and my comp won't ever work again.

I have been playing my Sims 4 since it came out. I loaded it by using the disc I bought then later went digital. My game was working fine until about 2 weeks ago, and then all of a sudden it STOPPED! I have attempted 4-5 times to go to Origin Help resources, and following all of the recommendations to resolve my issue to no avail.  I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled Origin and Sims 4 game several times.  After a while there were no files showing at all for my game, so I just recently ‘Reinstalled’ my Sims 4 from my disc, hoping all was fixed.  Everything loaded, but when I attempted to play my game the error message popped up same as before! (The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).  Click OK to close).   Right now, I am NOT a Happy Simmer     and hope that someone here can help me with my problem, so I can play my game once again.

Sims2 is saying come back to me, come back to me..

Hey BB darlin', I have just seen this. Obviously, you are going to have to uninstall your game for it to straighten out. Any sims or lots you have actually uploaded to tbe Gallery will be saved and always there unless you remove them.

Yeah, I ended up changing from setting from 64 bit to the 32 bit. So far it's working okay. I've learn that I will be backing up my game more from now on, because with the Help Desk instructing me to try different things, I lost all of my Lots and Rooms that I created and shared. :affraid: So for now, I am a Happy Simmer!
