Sims 3 Download Folder.

BB, now it's going to start for your sims3, your folder will be packed with collections .. hahaha 

I have 2 laptops,
1, where all my sims stuff in the game are set .. but it takes half an hour before I'm in the game .. ((((so keep in mind)))
the more you install. the longer it takes for the game to run
or you must have a super compter. then you will not be bothered by it

and I have 1 laptop where I have nothing in the game. so I quickly get to the object when I have colored

I do not know if you meant intro video that comes to mind when starting the game !!?
but you can turn that off
in the settings .. bb

BB .. I remember that I also had it.
that I did not see a mod folder

I know that you also have to put something in the mod folder
and it will not come up yet when starting up

then the mods folder appears. and you see what's in it
that's what I had

and place all pakages files in the packages, from the mods folder
and the mods folder must be in sims3 files

The intro they are talking about is the little sims movie that plays before the loading screen. The Sims 3 logo and the Maxis logo will still play.

My video plays.  I've deleted my file 2wice same thing.  I did notice that I did not have a MOD folder, so I added one, then extracted my FrameSetup.zip file inside the Mod folder I created, which then ADDS another Mod folder.  I was assuming this was correct, but doesn't see like it is.

You do not create a Mods folder, you place the one that you downloaded and unzipped into the The Sims 3 folder.

And here is the inside of the Packages folder, where the file packages go. They are the CC files that look like pieces of paper. (With or without the SimPE logo it doesn't matter. If you have SimPE installed, it will automatically  put their logo on the CC files.)

Any CC that are the Blue SimPack 3 files should be placed in the download folder as shown below and installed via the Sims 3 Launcher as I mentioned above.

Also, not sure what the *NoBuildSparkles.package is.  When I build my wall, I saw little floating stars of some kind.  Is that what they are calling the sparklers?  I will try this again,  but just so you know, when I first open my Sims 3 in electronic arts folder, I don't see a Mod folder at all. That's why I added one. 

The sparkles are the little sparkling stars you see when you build your wall. I wouldn't worry too much about that one as long as the little sims movie intro does not play, then you know it's working. Checking to see if the CC files in your Mods folder is showing up in the game is the best way to know, well, that it's showing up in your game.  

Also, delete your cache files before you start it up - that is very important.

Thanks Hunni Bunny!    I appreciate you sharing instructions and samples.  They are always quite helpful.  But as you know, when I get tired and wanna do something 'fast', I grow impatient.  That's one of my weaknesses.    Wanting to complete something at the drop of a hat.    And each time I rest and come back later, it works.  When I rush I always leave an important step out and it doesn't work, so hopefully, it will today - or when ever I plan to jump right into it again.  I want it to work, as I'm excited to see Poppy's creations in my Simmie houses.  They are so spectacular   and they bring a Fresh look to our Forum - don't you think Cinda?     


It's been a long time since we've seen such creativity in our place, and I'm really enjoying her part in making it even more fun and exciting place.

and our body can not stand that anymore
So everything goes wrong when you are tired
