Hello, Friends! Here is the today’s prayer…

Dear Lord,

The days seem to go by so quickly…we understand why you say they are like a vapor… here today, gone tomorrow…help us to remember that our time on earth is just a small fragment of our eternal lives, but our decisions will ripple throughout eternity. Help us to make good choices, Lord. Help us to make the most of the time we have…

Things don’t always go the way we plan…many of us are in places that we never thought we would be…help us to accept the things that we cannot change, change what we can and trust you for the rest…there may be many things happening that are beyond our control, but nothing is out of your control… we may be caught by surprise, but you never are…your word says you see our lives from beginning to end before we live even one day…your eye is upon us and you go before us and you will make the rough roads smooth…you will make a way where there seems to be no way…you bring beauty from ashes…if you can bring beauty and life from the all that happened to Christ on the cross, our problems and troubling changes and situations are easily handled by you.

Thank you for being the solid rock on which we can build our lives on…Lord, we know that you waste nothing…if we allow you, you will use everything we’ve been through and everything that we are, for your glory and our good. As you heal our hurts, may we use our experiences to bring hope and healing to others and point the way to you. May your Holy Spirit fall afresh on us and fill us with your comfort and peace. May we make the most of this day. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
