Daily Prayer For February 13, 2016

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Lord,
Sometimes we just don’t know where to begin to put our lives back together or how to heal our hurts. Some of our lives are in a shambles and we are overwhelmed by all the things we are dealing with and trying to overcome. Lord, we pray for those who are struggling to know what to do, where to go, which step to take or how to make things better… we ask that you would show them how to start from where they are at. Please lead and guide them to the right treatments facilities, counselors, doctors, resources, and anything else they might need to help on their healing journey.
Please give them wisdom, knowledge and discernment… please bring people into their lives who will stand in the gap with prayer, who will offer tangible help and companionship and be a source of comfort. Please meet each financial need… Please enlighten those people who mean well, but say or do the wrong the things while trying to help… please bring awareness to those who stay away from friends when they are hurting or going through something difficult, because they don’t know what to do or say…help us all to learn to be comfortable and compassionate with the things that we were never taught, or can’t relate to… teach us the words to say and the actions to take when someone is hurting, grieving or dealing with a long-term illness or a situation that doesn’t have a quick fix… May your compassion flow through us as we learn to be more like you. May we respond well when we are given opportunities to show compassion and love, especially when we are dealing with our own difficult situations. May we become good at comforting others with the same comfort we have received from you…
Lord, please meet each need that is here today. May we find healing, wholeness, peace and restoration according to your will and in your timing. May we take every step we can to help ourselves…may we seize every available opportunity and resource to help ourselves and we ask that you would lead and guide us to those things…help us to be open to everything you have for us…help us to be sensitive to your voice, leading and teaching…help us to set aside our preconceived ideas of how we think you should answer our prayers…help us to be willing to trust you and what you think is best for our lives… Thank you Lord, for all you will do. In the name of Jesus we ask these things, Amen
May you feel yourself growing stronger in Him!

Just seems like I can't get my life in order. I wake up with full intentions, but it never seems to happen. Thank you for this wonderful prayer!
