Daily Prayer For February 15, 2023
Mon Mar 06, 2023 10:40 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the blessing of this new day. As we gather here today, we pray again for the people of Turkey and Syria and the continuing rescue efforts after the earthquake there. We know it is a miracle that people are still being pulled alive from the rubble. Please continue to infuse the rescuers, medical personnel, and all who are providing aid and recovery help with your supernatural strength and energy. Please comfort as only you can all who are mourning. There is so very much that has been lost.
We also pray for the people in Ohio who are dealing with the aftermath of the toxic tragedy that has been unfolding around them. We ask for your divine intervention, so this won’t become an even bigger tragedy with the surrounding states’ waterways and rivers. Abba, you see and know all. Please reveal the truth that needs to be known, so people get the correct information to make the best decisions possible for their lives. Please touch all who are having health issues after this disaster.
Father, you see each sparrow that falls, you know each star by name, and you know the number of hairs on our heads. You see all who are ill, everyone who lost loved ones, all who have lost everything in disasters, and all who are faced with hard choices, few options, and no quick fixes or easy answers to what they are dealing with. We intercede and ask that you show yourself to all in need as the Mighty One Who Saves. Please open the eyes and hearts of those who don’t know you, so they can receive all you offer to those who believe. We are grateful for the peace you give…for the salvation, grace, protection, provision, redemption, and restoration we find in you…for the wisdom, you impart…for your angels that surround us…for the Holy Spirit who comforts us, and for Christ’s resurrection power that is inside every believer.
Please help us be persistent in praying for our enemies, the lost, and our leaders and consistent in sharing the hope of Jesus with others. We are grateful that you are with us always. We are thankful we can come to you in the name of our Savior and Messiah, Jesus, and ask these things. Amen.
May you find rest, peace, and comfort in Him today, friends.
