Daily Prayer For July 5, 2022

Hello Friends! Here is today’s prayer…
Dear Lord,
Thank you for allowing us to see a new day and for another chance to gather together in prayer. Thank you for being our ever-present source of help in times of trouble, and for seeing us through the challenges we face. Thank you for your Word that is so full of wonderful counsel, guidance, and assurances that we will get through everything we are going through…that thought alone takes away so much anxiety, fear, and worry. We are grateful to have you as our Way-Maker for whom nothing is impossible.
During these difficult times when it’s hard to it’s the truth from lies, we find comfort and peace knowing you always speak the truth, and what you say will come to pass. When we don’t see a way out of our struggles or a solution to our problems, please help us remember, You didn’t build a bridge over the Red Sea…you made a way through it. You didn’t save Shadrack, Meshack, and Abednego from the fire. You walked through it with them. You don’t promise us that we won’t face adversity…but you do promise us your presence, grace, strength, and power to see us through our storms. It is an incredible blessing and honor that You, The Creator of All, are with us always. Thank you for your promises, protection, and faithfulness, Lord.
We are thankful you haven’t brought us to places of grief, loss, pain, and heartache to stay there. We are grateful that our hard roads are a passage to a deeper faith and a closer relationship with you. The Bible says your sheep hear your voice, you know them, and they follow you. We want to hear your voice above all others, Lord. Thank you for being our Shepherd who leads, guides, loves, and cares for us so well. We love you and ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.
