Daily Prayer For June 13, 2022

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Lord,
As we begin this new week, please protect our hearts and minds so we can maintain a Christ-like attitude in all we will face this week. Please help us pause and pray when we want to complain and rise above the things that make us stressed or upset.
Please give us glimpses of your glory and signs of your nearness this week. Help us be sensitive to your Spirit, voice, and leading. When we feel weak or overwhelmed, help us remember that your grace, strength, and power are enough to see us through each day. May hope continue to arise within us, and your light shine brightly in the darkness.
We ask for your will to be done in our lives, in the lives of those we love, and in our world. Life is far from easy, but we are grateful you are always good, and your grace is always sufficient to sustain us. Lord, you know, this week leading up to Father’s Day is hard for many. It’s natural to feel our losses and miss those we love who aren’t with us on these special occasions. Please touch and comfort all who are grieving and fill their week with happy memories that make them smile. May they find joy and hope as they look forward to all the glorious reunions we will have one day. We are grateful for our Savior Jesus, in whose name we can pray and ask all of these things. Amen.
