Daily Prayer For March 4, 2022
Fri Apr 01, 2022 3:08 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Lord,
Today we lift to you all who are dealing with multiple things at once. You know all who find themselves dealing with one thing after another. You understand better than anyone how the enemy loves to knock us down when we start to rise. You know each one who can’t sleep or rest like they need. You see all who are having health issues because of the stress they are dealing with. You know all who can’t seem to catch their breath or a break before something new hits out of the blue. Please touch them, heal them, protect them and meet their needs as only you can.
Please have mercy and give grace to all who are struggling. Help us trust you are watching over us just like you did, Job. You sustained him through tragedies and losses we can’t begin to imagine. Help us remember you are the same God now that you were then.
Help us look away from all that is happening around us, so we see you beside us. Help us exhale our stress and breathe in your peace. Help us speak your truth to ourselves, our enemy, and our circumstances as many times a day as it takes so we can overcome our feelings of helplessness, heaviness, anxiousness, grief, and despair.
You understand how difficult these dark valleys are for us. We pray these hard places will drive us into your arms and comforting presence. Please help us cling to you and your promises. Help us turn to you before we go to anyone else. Please help us be courageous, so we don’t give in or surrender to pressure, stress, or anything else the adversary is pounding us with.
You promise you will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, and the peace you give, the world can’t give or take away. We open our hearts to receive your peace. Please help us have faith like Job, that blesses your name, no matter what you give or take away. Please help us rise up with your power today, Lord. Help us walk in your strength and victory. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for the answers that are on the way. In the mighty name of Jesus, we ask these things. Amen.
May the Lord bless you, keep you, and make His face shine upon you, friends!
