"White" Screen Loading Game!

Hello! I was curious, I'm getting a 'White' screen when trying to log into my game. Hasn't happened before, and I have not loaded anything new for a while. It takes my game about maybe 5 mins or so, before the screen clears and I can see my game starting.
Should I do a 'Repair' you think, or could it be some other issue?

You could try. I have no idea what it could be other than all the bugs this new pack has brought and I doubt that they will fix all of them. I last played the Sims about a week after the new pack came out, which is boring by the way, and it crashed about ten minutes after I started it up and I haven't played it since. I've been playing Pleasant Sim's Sims 3 Pleasantview and I'm having a blast...

Ok, thanks for the info. I did a Repair, but have not logged on to see if that made a difference yet. Maybe later, but I'll let you know. I was thinking about trying the Sims 3 the other day. I really hate the way the Simmies (features)look in the Sims 3. They look so 'Creepy'. 
The game is just so,,,, strange to me for some reason. Sorta makes my hairs stand up on my arms at times. 
I know, that's just me, but it is a creepy game. Strange looking heads, crazy huge eyeballs. 
The building part isn't so bad, it just those weird looking sims.
Anyway, glad you are enjoying your game. Oh by the way. How do you get the New Updated version of Sims 3, is it thru Origin? Ohhh, nevermind. I read further and see the instructions on how to download. Thanks hun!

It's true, the Sims 3 sims are they ugliest of all four Sims games. Just like with all the Sims games, custom skins, eyes, and hair really make sims look so much better. The best alpha default skin I've found are here and the default eyes that I really like are here. They make Sims 3 sims look amazing!

Thanks for sharing. Well, that didn't work, cause I still get the white screen with my blue cursor twirling for 5 mins before my Sims4 screen prompts. Oh well, it may get better in time.
