There was one time I was playing the Goths and Mortimer was off to work and Bella was home alone. I decided it was time for a house renovation so I had go out and cloud gaze while I did the renovations. As soon as I resumed the game Bam! she was hit by the satellite.

Even though I like the possibility of pulling from the townie gene pool once in a great while, I mostly marry off premades and their offspring together with an occasional custom sim.

True. Sorta. I find the Ottomas twins so hideously freaky looking that I change their facial preset/structure of that I created with Create a Child with Peter via SimPE, that way those creepy genetics aren't passed on.
