Where can I find New Walls & Floor Colors for Sims 4 that are safe to use?  I don't like what is given to us.  When I want to see Black, I don't want to see gold or brown.  My floor (carpets) should be the color that I've selected.

Hi, BB.  mickeywave  Walls and floors are basically safe to use in any of the sims games because they are not made with meshes like with objects, hair, clothes, etc., so you don't have to worry about that. PralineSims over on TSR has a lot of great walls and floors, but overall Pinterest is the best way to find nice wallsand floors or any CC for that matter. There should be something there that you are looking for. confetti

Thanks Hun!  I used to love TSR, but then I started getting a lot of Hacks in my game.  Lots that were not working.  I'd load a house and my Sims would be swimming around inside after they have jumped in the pool!  Then some had doors or windows outta whack.  Objects stuck in walls, etc..  So I stopped using TSR all together.   Remember all of those issues I was having?  bounce No   bangdesk  Just a lot of crazy stuff going on that took me a lonnnnnnggggg time to correct.  Thanks to you, I got it all done.


Anyway, does TSR charge now?  I know when I left them, they had a fee and then a free part.  I started paying, because they had better things to load.  I will check out Pinterest.    thankyou

I've never had any issues with CC from TSR, and I haven't heard about any problems with their stuff having hacks in them. But I don't download any lots from there, either. I only download lots that are CC free, usually from the gallery, to prevent things like that. If you're in doubt about any CC having viruses, you can right click on a CC file/folder and have your Anti-Virus run a scan on it to be on the safe side.

They don't have it set up like that anymore, to my knowledge (all those ads plastered everywhere over there should be paying for their site). Most creators don't charge for their content but there are a few that do, which is totally wrong in my book. Newsea, who creates some of the best hairs, is charging for all his Sims 4 content, whereas you can get most of his Sims 2 and 3 content for free. What a joke. No

Oh cool!  Thanks for the info.  BTW,,, I was looking for your instructions on loading CC's in Sims 4.  I can't find it.  Can you please give me a hint?  I saw it before, but my brain is dead right now.  Can you please give it a 'zap' to wake up?  afraid lol2

O....M....G!   wowspring I loaded some carpet to test from TSR.  I am I  heartpump heartpump heartpump heartpump !!!!  This Green is to Die for!.  Now, I used the (Install with TSR CC Manager) and it worked.  Was that okay, or should I move them into the Mod?

lol1 Glad you like it. I would think just placing them in the Mods folder would be easier. There is really no need to use an installer in the Sims 4 but if you want to use it, go ahead.
