Nothing beats taco seasoning made from scratch! Here is my own tried and delicious recipe!
Cinda's Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together and add to one pound of browned, drained beef. Add 3/4 cup water and mix well. Bring to boil and boil on medium-high for about 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Serve taco meat with your choice of veggies and condiments. Delish!
Enjoy!
