Tue Oct 24, 2017 10:37 pm
Imagine my happy surprise when I learned there was a recipe section!!
Anyway... I have a gluten and lactose-free banana bread for you! It can easily be converted to normal :L
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups gluten-free self-raising flour;
2/3 cups sugar;
1/2 cup lactose-free milk. I use Zymil low fat as its really sweet and delicious;
2 eggs;
50g butter, melted; (3 tbs)
and 2 bananas!
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180C. (350F)
And then all I do is put the ingredients in as the come on the list and mix it all together with an electric beater until its all smooth. Then I put it in a bread tin, which is lined with baking paper and stick it in the oven until its all cooked and delicious.
Enjoy the deliciousness of your amazing banana bread. And it doesn't taste bad - gluten and lactose-free. Its one of my favourite foods :3
