Balmoral Drive borders Downtown Belladonna Cove and Uberhood Downtown.  It is here that Martha Weir along with her husband Bryant, son Conner and their dog Starbuck reside in the palatial Mayoral Mansion.  Moving from the suburban Belladonna Cove Martha feeling that between her husband Bryant an Architect and her as Mayor that together they could make a difference in the old  Maxis made downtown area.  Breathing new life into the city by renovating the old worn out and stores and nightspots as well as allowing more private businesses to open in the area.  

Always thinking of the future and with the hopes that their son Conner will follow in one or the others  footsteps they have ensured that Conner get the best possible education that money can by first by enrolling him into the prestigious private uberhood school and emphasizing the importance  of skilling to ensure that he gets  into  a  good college .  They had started this with Conner at the earliest possible age.  With Conner in Private School now, Currently, Martha and Bryant are looking forward to the birth of their second child.
After Carlos Contender moved out of his parent's home in Belladonna  Cove the urge to finally settle down came upon him but who to chose for a wife??? There had been so many women but he seemed to always go back to the same one all the time.   Now realizing that the true love of his life was Dora Ottomas.  Dora had been looking pretty good these days especially after having her genetic alteration surgery.  After proposing a  first time he was turned down because she felt that she was needed by her son and daughter in law with their 6 children but with David getting ready for college and Sharla now a teen there was no need for her to stick around.  
It was after Carlos purchased his new condo he invited  Dora over.  He was also very surprised to see how preggers she was.  There was no question in his mind on who the baby daddy was because he knew that he was the only one that Dora was seeing.  Offering Dora not only to share his home with him but also the rest of his life Dora could not refuse this time. Feeling that this was her time for happiness Dora did not refuse Carlos's proposal.  After a quiet ceremony between themselves,  Dora gave birth to Carlos's first child a daughter Aurora.  Thank goodness that Dora had her genetic makeup altered Carlos thought as he saw his daughter for the first time.  For Aurora was the most beautiful baby he ever saw,   The Contenders are now considering having at least 4 more children.
Keesa Patel jumped at the opportunity to transfer to the downtown location of the SimPE corporation. Thiswasshe could be closer to her son Ramir and daughter in law Ana.  So Keesa and husband Karan packed up their belongings, sold their penthouse in Bridgeport and headed to the big city of  Uberhood.   For Karan, a  fresh start would be good because in Bridgeport he had gotten himself into a little trouble with some husbands of women that he had had brief affairs with.

Heading the Finance Division at SimPE it was Keesa's job to oversee the audits of the different departments. It was when she was auditing the Plastic Surgery department that she met the dashing and charming Dr. Nicolo Lothario.  Though there had been some discrepancies with the audit the dashing  Doctor charmed his way into Keesa to overlook these minor details.  Going against everything that she believed in Keesa could not resist his charms.  
Both Keesa and Karan had been in the talking stage about expanding their family after  Keesa had reached the top of her career. Both Keesa and  Karan had wanted Ramir to attend uni but he chose to get married right after high school st 3 children to graduate.  So they had begun to try to have another baby.  
After so many years of fruitless tries when Keesa began having the morning sickness so soon after her tryst with Niccolo she thought no it couldn't be.  But when checks for 200 simmies began arriving at the office then she knew for sure that it was true.  Yes, she was preggers and no it wasn't Karan's child.  What to do  Keesa's  mind began to race.  Her aha moment came when she thought that she would pass the child off as Karan's.  Because Karan had no idea of the affair that she had. With that in place, she got Karan to be as excited as she about the new baby.  
Sure Karan was excited about having another child it would be fun to have a little one around the house again. It would just mean that he would have to be more careful when his lady friends would come over for a visit.  
It was a warm summer evening when Keesa's water broke and the contractions began. It was a good thing that Karan was home to help it had been so long since Keesa had a baby she was unsure if she could handle everything on her own.  Though her adjuster told her that she was going to have 1 baby to her surprise she had twin boys that she named Nick and Israel.  Even though she was told that she would have 3 days off of work she was late due to the delivery had taken so long.  So off to work she went leaving the twins in Karan's care.  After all, she had to return to work Karan spent all his days just painting and working out.
Karan proved to be an excellent father to the boys helping out in every way from potty training to helping Keesa teaching them how to walk and talk.  This made Keesa want another child all the more.  When she approached Karan with the idea,  Karan's reply was that he was all game for the idea.

Priya and Sanjay Ramaswami had been living in SimBin waiting for any type of opportunity to get out.  The day finally came when Priya was offered  to head  the Downtown Newspaper, and Sanjay to replace ex-guitarist Innego Gere  in the infamous group Valentine  and the Monotones..   Once their jobs had been secured and with money in the bank Priya and Sanjay looked forward to having a family first they had adopted a stray little mutt named  Sheba.  It was after Priya's promotion to Editor in Chief of the paper that she found out that she was preggers.   Both overjoyed at the fact of becoming parents they spent most of their spare time preparing a nursery. The adjuster informed Priya that she was carrying multiple babies how many for sure they did not know.  
It was late fall when Sanjay brought a colleague home from work that Priya went into labor.  Expecting to have twins it was quite the shock that she had triplets!  All boys!  Sanjay's colleague was more than happy to assist with the delivery of Izyan, Kaysan, and Sa'id. To top things off, as a congratulatory gesture Sanjay's colleague Claude told him that he's called in a  favor and the next time Sanjay goes to work he'd be getting a promotion!

Gwendolyn Gere knew the potential that her husband Innego had and with her persuasion, she convinced him to leave the Monotones and start up his own band.  With his wife by his side and with her keen sense of business  Innego knew he couldn't go wrong.  So thus a  new band arrived in the downtown area the Gearheads.  
With Innego's career going in the right direction especially with Gwendolyn as his manager they managed to continue with their wishes of having at least 3 children.  With Chasity already in tow.  Gwendolyn wanted at least  2 more children so that she could get them to attend college.  It was during the  Headmaster's visit that she delivered Gwen,  Emanuelle, and Parker!  And the best news of all  Chasity got into Private School even though there was so much commotion with the birthing process!

The fire had been intense it was a mother's instinct to go back into the blazing fire to rescue her infant daughter. Thus begins the story of Olivia Riley, with burns that covered over 95% of her body it was a miracle she even survived. Poor little Sally suffered burns as well. Both needing extensive skin grafting and multiple surgeries while  Sally's recovery went quickly and smoothly. Olivia's recovery was not that easy nor fast.  It took time.  So much time that Timothy's parents Seamus and Lucia came in to help with Sally as well as Olivia's parents Sullivan and Tazanna.  Timothy appreciated the assistance they gave. Especially with the long hours that he spent at the hospital not only with his rounds in pediatrics but also spending time at his wife's  side.
The doctors had induced a coma with Olivia so that she would not be able to feel all the pain from the grafting and the cosmetic surgeries that had to be performed.  But still Timothy stayed vigilant waiting for his wife to awake from the coma especially after all of the bandages were removed and the healing process has completed.  

Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months and months turned into years. As people were telling Timothy that maybe there was no hope of Olivia ever waking up Timothy never gave up hope.  It was on Sally's Birthday that they celebrated in Olivia's hospital room that Olivia showed some movement.  Excitement illuminated the room, remembering a fairy tale that was Sally's most favorite.  Sally told  Timothy “  Daddy Kiss her like Prince Charming”   and with Love's First  Kiss Olivia awoke from her golden slumber.  
The room echoed with tears and laughter of joy over the awakening of  Olivia  Riley.  That was  until Olivia asked,  "Who are all of you?” Crushed Sally approached  her and  asked,  “ but Mommy it's  me - Sally!”  Olivia had a  bewildered look on her face and then replied: "I am so sorry"...
It took several weeks for Olivia to regain not only her strength but her memories as well.  When the memories finally did come back they didn't come in bits and pieces but flooded her like an overflowing river. It was another 2 months before Olivia regained all her strength and memories and was released from Downtown Community Hospital.   Then it was off to stay with Timothy's parents.  

Upon their return to the Uberhood  Seamus and  Lucia purchased a home on the outskirts of the downtown area.  It was there that they accommodated  Sullivan and Tazanna as well as  Timothy and Sally.  With Olivia's return, they had a full house.  Seamus and Lucia sprung for a  full out dream wedding for Timothy and  Olivia.  It was after the wedding that Timothy received a call from Simbin Memorial hospital stating that they needed him for a special pediatric case.  So Timothy and his little family moved back to simbin until the pediatric crisis passes.  Sullivan and  Tazanna moved on looking for a new house somewhere not yet determined.
Thinking that what had happened to her son would make an interesting human interest story for the downtown paper Lucia wrote it up as a human interest story.  It was so good that it earned her a  promotion to Sports  Writer.  Seamus, on the other hand,  had problems adjusting to such a quiet home.  First, he thought maybe returning to work would do it.  While at the gym one day he befriended a stately gentleman by the name of Gavin Goldstein.  Gavin was totally impressed with Seamus' background that he offered him a  job within his organization.  Seamus' title would be overseer and he would oversee the happenings within the downtown area for the Uberhood Crime Family.  Not really sure about the idea of working for the Mafia Seamus could not pass up 1250 a day job.
Seamus learned to enjoy doing his job but still, he and  Lucia had an empty home.  Then one evening after dinner Seamus asked  Lucia “ "What do you think about having another baby?”  Lucia replied,  “I was about to ask you the same thing!"
