Dear Friends,
I wanted to let you know that my father passed away Sunday evening, the 27th. I want to thank all of you who prayed for him, me, and my family. We all are so grateful! Thank you also to all who wrote words of encouragement and support. Your kind words were a soothing balm, and knowing people have been praying has been a great source of comfort and strength. My mom, son, and I are grieving the loss of my wonderful dad, but we are also so happy for him, knowing he is no longer suffering and in pain. He is healed and whole and now with Jesus, who he loved so very much.
I’ve been helping to care for my dad since he went on hospice in Feb. We are all just physically and emotionally tired. I am sorry to say, I know I am not in a place where I can resume posting regularly. I have much to help my mom with, and we need to try to catch up on sleep and rest. I will do my best to get some posts here and there until I can get back to posting regularly. Thank you again for always being so patient, kind, and understanding when I cannot post.
