Cinda Simmer's Adventures
Hello fellow Simmer's Gardeners! We are about to embark on a journey with Cinda Simmer, my simself, and her scenario in my game. So here goes!
Cinda Simmer has lived in Willow Creek ever since she graduated from Willow Creek High School. Being a natural cook, she decided enrolling in the School of Culinary Arts would be the best direction to take on the road to success. Even though she was really busy with culinary school, she managed to have a somewhat decent dating life, even landing a boyfriend. Once she graduated culinary school and found a job, though, they had grown apart and he broke off their relationship. Cinda was heartbroken and threw herself into her work. Over the next few years, through hard work and dedication, she became a well-known chef in the tri-city area. But feeling a need for change, she accepted a transfer to work in the hustling, bustling, vivacious city of San Myshuno. The change of scenery and faces was just what she needed, even if she was still commuting from Willow Creek to her job. She kept looking for an apartment that had sufficient space for all her gardening planters but came up empty-handed. You see, as well as an excellent cook, Cinda is an avid Master Gardener. She loves gardening just as much as cooking and found that growing her own herbs, fruits and vegetables gave all of her dishes the perfect flavors. She was growing disheartened that she would ever find the perfect place for her and her perfect garden. A few years go by and finally one day, a coworker who knew she was looking for a place, told her that a friend of hers had a friend had just gone through a messy divorce. He was looking to rent out his really nice penthouse apartment in the Arts Quarter of San Myshuno and was moving out of the country to Sulani to a job promotion. Cinda expressed interest and a few days later her coworker was able to get the number of the Penthouse owner. She contacted him and he arranged a meeting with a real estate office he was using since he was about to move to Sulani any day to show her the apartment. It was a three bedroom, two-story penthouse with lots of space with the wrap-around balcony. She loved it! Though is was really expensive, she knew she would never get an opportunity again, especially for something so spacious and accommodating as this apartment was. So she accepted the offer and after signing the lease at the real estate office the next day, the Penthouse owner called her and said he would meet her at the apartment to give her the keys and security codes as he would like to meet his new tenant. He was a really nice guy but seemed rather sad and gloomy. His name was Devon Sullivan and he was flying to Sulani the next day to start a new life as a Conservationist Director in the Conservation career. More about him in another story at a different time...
They chatted a few minutes and then Devon held out his hand with the keys to the apartment in it and wished her a good evening. Cinda could barely contain her excitement as she took the keys from his hand.
Note: This apartment is a build by Deligracy from her Get Famous LP that was originally a one bedroom that I easily renovated into a three bedroom. It is not my creation, so please don't ask me to upload it. You can find it in the Gallery in Deligracy's Catalog under lux's new apartment? (Make sure to tick the Include Custom Content button as Maxis is always flagging her content that way even though she doesn't use custom content.)
Thank you
