Rear of house has back door with access to yard and second floor balcony off master bedroom.
Front door opens onto short hallway and guest bath. Turn right into the living room with stone fireplace.
Adjoining the living room is formal dining room for six. A double arch leads to eat-in kitchen with plenty of counter space.
Oak staircase leads to second floor bedrooms including master with private bath and balcony, and two other bedrooms with single beds and convenient hall bathroom.
