Daily Prayer For December 13, 2016

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
You don’t do anything half-way and you don’t want us to do things half-way either…we think of the little word “all” and how significant that word is in the scriptures… all scripture is inspired by you… all things were created by you…you are all sufficient and all knowing…you work all things together for good for those who love you…your goodness and mercy shall follow us, all the days of our lives…you shall provide all of our needs…we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength… we are to cast all of our cares on you, because you care for us…come to me all who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest…You are the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction…we are to love you with all our hearts and with all our soul and with all thy mind…you do nothing half-way…you love us fully, completely, and extravagantly…
Oh, Lord, may we feel confident and encouraged as we mediate on You and your Word…may we be filled with awe and gratitude as we think about all that you do…all that you are… all that you promise…all the times you have rescued us, provided for us, helped us, comforted us, picked us up when we have fallen and believed in us when no one else did…we have so much to be grateful for…you have given all of yourself and you want us to trust you and to do the same…we can’t out give you…we can’t out love you…for everything you ask us to give up or surrender in our lives, you replace with more of yourself or something better…we cannot lose by being obedient to you… please soften our hearts, Lord and help us to see and remember that everything you do is motivated by your great love for us, your compassion for us and with our best interest in mind. You lavish love on us and wish to continually pour into us…to invest into us, because we matter and are important to you…help us to not be short-sighted, Lord…help us to focus more on building our relationship with you than anything else…Thank you for your grace and mercy. With gratitude we praise you and offer up this day and our lives. May we represent you well in all that we say and do.
