Daily Prayer For November 22, 2016
Wed Nov 23, 2016 5:03 pm
Hello. Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
At times we feel like we just can’t survive what we are going through… sometimes it’s hard to believe that anything good can from our circumstances…we ask for your help to become like the strong heroes of faith who learned to trust you in the midst of their trials and struggles…they learned to ask for your wisdom and strength to handle each trial and situation they faced…
Your Word says you will accomplish every thing that concerns us… please help us to depend on you more, Lord…help us to realize our sufficiency is in you… remind us when we are growing frustrated from our failed efforts that your way is better and your yoke is easy and light…we won’t find quick or easy answers… we may not find any of the answers we seek this side of heaven…we may be in our season of difficulty for a very long time…but your eye is upon us and your timing is perfect and you are faithful…your ways are not our ways…your timing is rarely our timing…you are not interested in easy answers… you are interested in seeing us produce the rare, precious and priceless fruit that is grown in times of adversity…you are wanting us to find out for ourselves that we can trust you…that your Word is true…that you are faithful…you want to bring life-changing and life-giving gifts from our difficulties and struggles…help us to rest, Lord…help us to not struggle, fuss or strive…give us wisdom to know what we should fight to change and what we should accept…help us to know when we should leave things in your hands and when we should step out in faith…
Lord, you promise to direct our paths and to lead and guide us. You promise to give wisdom to all who ask…please work in us…please bring calm where there is turmoil, please speak peace where there is anxiety, worry and fear…please give comfort for all the wounded and hurting…may we receive your healing touch in every area of our lives… We thank you in advance for meeting each need, spoken and unspoken and we ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen
Blessings to you friends!
