Daily Prayer For November 20, 2016

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Heavenly Father,

Your Word says that you have blessed us in the heavenly realms…you have seen every day of our lives before we have lived even one day… you have foreseen every attack and trial we will face…you have equipped us with things the world can’t give or take away…you have gifted the most incredible resources to those who trust and believe. You have given us your Spirit as a comforter and counselor. You knew our minds would be a battlefield, so you gave us a sound mind and the truth of your Word to battle back against fear and the enemy’s lies and deceptions. You have given us your grace that is enough to see us through anything we face. You have given us your full armor so we can successfully stand up against all the schemes of the enemy. You have given us the same power that raised Christ from the dead and when we are weak, your strength is made perfect within us. You have given your angels charge over us to protect us in all our ways and you have promised to never leave or forsake us…

Lord, help us to remember all you’ve given us when we feel afraid and anxious and too weak, weary and ill-equipped to handle our struggles …help us to remember that you have called us by name and we are precious to you…help us to walk in the freedom and victory that Christ bought for us…help us to remember the gates of h*** will not prevail and nothing can stop what you have ordained…help us to carry ourselves as heirs to the Kingdom who are infused with your power and might…

Too often we get in our own way…we speak self-defeating words to ourselves…we let the hurtful words of others become our inner voice…we let the negativity and the dark things of this world overshadow your truth, goodness, light and all that is right in our lives… if we could see in heavenly realms…if the spiritual gifts you’ve given us could be seen and were tangible, surely, we would live our lives so differently…we would rise each day with no doubts, worries, fears, or hesitation to live our lives boldly and courageously for you…we would make the most of each day knowing that we are more than conquerors and the victory is already assured.

Please give us spiritual eyes to see, Lord…help us to live up to our potential, whatever that may be…help us soar, unafraid and unencumbered above the storms and winds that buffet us….please speak your healing and wisdom into our lives…renew and restore all that the enemy has taken. Help us to live with a sense of gratitude so we might appreciate and find joy even in simple, little things. Help us to take nothing for granted. Thank you, Lord for all you do for us…for all you’ve given us…for being our wonderful Abba Father. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen
