I think perhaps people who build Sim houses actually build their own dream home. Living in the desert of Arizona, sometimes I long for the green, rainy countryside of England. I can go there thanks to our beloved Sims 2 game!
Oxfordshire is a 3 bedroom, plus nursery, 2.5 bath mansion from times past with original faded stone walls and plenty of lush landscaping.
There is quite a bit of custom content by me including walls, floors, and game objects: lattice wall panel, weathered picnic table and benches, kitchen range hood, sofa back table, and low shelving. Custom content by others includes kitchen cabinets by ctnutmegger@MTS.
Expansion Packs needed: Nightlife, Open for Business, and Bon Voyage.

- Spoiler:
In the rear garden your Sims will enjoy a little gazebo with stone floor and lattice walls in which to play chess.
The floor plan includes two floors with spacious rooms.
The interior of the house preserves the classic timelessness of the historic mansion with ornate wood paneling, vintage wall papers, and hardwood and flagstone floors.

Hi Tricia!
Very beautiful house and lot. I love the option of having 4 bedrooms. I'm busy thinking about which of my Sim families will work well in this house.
A little later:
PS I just downloaded the Oxfordshire into my TS2 game (third version).
