Daily Prayer For March 30, 2023
Fri Mar 31, 2023 9:46 pm
Hello Friends! Here is the prayer for today…
Dear Heavenly Father,
Great are you, Lord, and greatly to be praised. We are thankful, Father, that righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne and that you are The God of Justice and Mercy. So many things are happening that aren’t right or fair…we know you see all, and you are infinitely kind and merciful…we understand your desire is that none should perish, but all repent. Your Word says you and your righteousness will not be mocked…vengeance is yours, and justice is in your hands. You know the hearts and thoughts of every person…you are not deceived. Please help us remember that in your time, every wrong will be righted, and your light of truth will expose every lie and reveal all that’s been hidden.
Please grant us the serenity to accept what we can’t change, the courage to change what we can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Please help us get better at turning our concerns into prayers instead of just complaining. Help us keep our hearts right before you. Please help us keep our eyes on you and not become consumed with everything that upsets us. Help us trust your timing and will for the answers to our prayers, and help us learn to wait well.
We think of Jesus and all He endured that was so unfair…how it seemed that evil prevailed and had the victory…how you allow things you hate to achieve your purposes and plans, to redeem all the enemy has meant for harm, and to work ALL things together for good. You see what we don’t see, Father. Your thoughts and ways are so above our own. We are grateful that you are always working behind the scenes in realms we can’t see…that you understand what we don’t…that no one can stop what you’ve ordained…that you have the last word in all things. Help us find rest and peace in your presence…please renew our strength as we wait on you…help us surrender and commit everything to your hands. In the name of Jesus, we ask these things. Amen.
May God’s peace fill your heart and homes, friends!
