43 Beach Front Drive!

This lot was previously created as,(311 Ocean View Dr), on a regular lot, therefore, my Sims were unable to swim in the ocean. I have revised this latest version in "Carloville Resort", a Hood that I created. I have tested this lot and everything seems to be working properly.
