Daily Prayer For January 8, 2018

Hello, Friends! I’m feeling led to re-post this prayer today…

Our Father,

This life is always going to be full of ups and downs and the healing process is full of backward and forward steps…please help those who are discouraged today…help each of us remember that you always have a plan and you are still on the throne and working on our behalf… Please give us the stamina we need to persevere and to endure… Grant us your strength and the fortitude to keep putting one foot in front of the other and to keep carrying on…

Please grant us your refreshment ….speak to our hearts and fill us to overflowing with your Spirit. Help us to mount up with wings like eagles. Help us to focus on you and rise above our pain and difficult circumstances…Help us to find rest so we can regroup and try again for a better day tomorrow…

Please be with those we love…we ask for our friends and loved ones, all the things that we pray for ourselves…may we all find joy in you and see you in the midst of our trials and struggles…may we find your strength and energy to keep running the race before us…may we find comfort and peace in your promises to provide and to meet our needs… May we share each other's burdens and help carry each other’s heavy loads… may we find relief and release as we give over all of our burdens to you…help us to let go of the heavy things you never intended for us to carry.

We praise you for your infinite grace, mercy, and compassion… thank you for your love that you lavish upon us…how wonderful it is to know that we can always count on you…thank you for seeing us…for knowing us…for being concerned about every aspect and detail of our lives…life is hard, but you are good and so faithful…thank you for being with us and for us. In the name of our Savior Jesus, we ask these things. Amen
