Daily Prayer For July 19, 2016

Hello, Friends! Here is the prayer for today…

Dear Lord,

The days and months go so fast. We lose and waste so much of our precious time on things that just will not matter in a few months, let alone in light of eternity. Help us to make the most of our time. Help us not to get caught up in disputes with others. Help us to not waste time dwelling on things we can’t change. Help us to let go of painful memories. Help us to let go of anyone and anything, that draws us away from you and away from your purpose for our lives.

Lord, we ask for divine intervention and deliverance from guilt, shame, anger, bitterness, loneliness, negative thinking and discouragement. Help those who need to forgive themselves or others. Please help us to be intentional with our thoughts and with the way we live our lives. Help us to know that we are not just at the whims and mercy of every thought that comes into our minds. Help us to take our thoughts captive and to live in the victory that you bought for us. Help us to believe that we have a purpose and help us to not grow weary in doing good…help us to remember that all it takes is faith the size of a mustard seed to do great things for your Kingdom.

Lord, we ask that you would supply abundantly for every need. Help us to believe big and ask big, Lord. Please bless us so we can bless others. Help us to seek your higher purpose in all areas of our lives. Fill us with your Holy Spirit, your peace and joy. Reveal anything in our lives that needs to change…please show us anything that is hindering our prayers or our walk with you. Please lead and guide us… help us to rise above any negativity that surrounds us… help us to keep our focus on you…help us to turn over to you our worries and things that make us anxious. Please grant us your peace and give us your strength,energy and wisdom to face all that lies ahead. We thank you and praise you, Lord. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen
